Some seriously dodgy doctrine going on here – yes, God’s grace has a role to play in drawing us to Christ but it is our turning around, accepting Jesus as our Saviour that Saves us – when we do this, we become born again – it is His cleansing bath – His shed blood – that washes away our sins – then, at that moment, the Holy Spirit takes possession, He continues the ongoing work of cleansing us and guiding us …but it is Jesus alone and His work on the Cross that saves us!
Chris Wallace you are supposed to edify the church not criticise your brethren, how can you love God whom you have not seen if you dont love your brother who you can see. If your brother is in error, you correct him in truth. You are twisting scripture here. The Corinthian church were way off track, but thought their acceptance of immorality just went to shown how tolerant and loving they were. If a brother is in error, particularly one who professes to be a teacher, you call them out publicly within the ecclesia. Paul did the same to Peter and Barnabas as written in Galatians. Where is your discernment, sister? Hugo is more than able to provide a response to this challenge by himself.

Hugo is running before he can walk – he needs grounding in the word before he embarks on teaching any further – The Holy Spirit does not save us – Jesus does! The Holy Spirit testifies of Jesus, not Himself.

The hebrew name Yeshua means “salvation” and the letters spell (all hebrew letters have different meanings) The hand that destroys the establishment of the eye! I watched this on a video of Rob Skiba, I don’t know about you, but this gives me great comfort.
I might be be wrong but, didn’t Jesus say He would send a ‘comforter’ a ‘guide’? As far as I’m aware what has saved us is the sacrifice of Jesus to pay for OUR sins. This by the grace of God; not because we ‘deserve’ it. So JESUS SAVES US.
