Hancock awarded a £5.5 million contract for COVID-19 mobile testing units to EMS Healthcare, based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.
The company had been expected to provide articulated mobile testing units to the DHSC. The contract was due to run for a year ending in September 2021.
The Director of the company is Iain Johnston who is a former business partner of Shirley and Robert Carter, Hancock’s mother and stepfather.
Hancock awarded a contract to supply PPE worth £14.4 million to a family friend.
The contract was awarded to CH&L Limited. The owner of the firm has told Byline Times that, due to “unforeseen logistical circumstances,” the contract was not fulfilled and the deposit paid by Hancock’s department was returned to the Government.

I don’t know what possible justification they had , but a video on YouTube showed the female holding the child was on public transport without a face covering. The video seems to have been removed.
In London Sadiq Khan said there will be enhanced enforcement for coronavirus regulations and Transport for London would ensure people are wearing masks on public transport.
The tactics are so Machiavellian, hard and soft power used together for the objective of control.
They will use coercion or persuasion and people can either embrace or circumvent the wearing of face coverings.
It looks like the same scenario with medical experiments, vaccine passports and digital identities. We can circumvent all these things and render them defunct, if we know the rules and play the game..

I don’t know if this is all over the country but where I live every car park has red and yellow signs up now with pictures of two cars saying ‘stop’ and look where people are near you before you get out of your car. What a waste of money. Where have you been the last year if you don’t know we are not allowed near other people! No one takes any notice anyway. Total waste of money. It could be just our Council or maybe it’s countrywide.

I get personal Independence Payments for a disability. My review was due in December 2021.
I received a letter over a month ago stating that my review has been cancelled and my PIP as been extended until August 2023.
That confirmed to me lockdown was not ending in the summer.
