When we worry about our health, what we’re actually doing is NOT trusting God/the Universe/Nature to have made us properly. We are instead trying to fix ourselves by interfering with a mind & body that subconsciously already does it for us.
GNM explains this quite scientifically, but all you really need to do is to trust (and hence “allow”) yourself to heal, from practically any disease.
