Thank you, Hugo. You have not because you ask not. If we ask…and call upon Jesus, (Jeremiah 33:3) We have to ask, seek Him, and knock Rev. 5:20. And if we don’t ask, or read His Word, we won’t get any answers or replies. And ask in faith, believing. I just LOVE it when I go out in the desert for “happy hour” with the Lord, praying, asking questions, singing, praising him on our walks. When I return home and pray that He will guide me in study, or might have a personal message…open my Bible, and He leads me to the replies!!! Scriptures I couldn’t remember, and answers to what I had asked. But if we do not read His Word, we won’t get those answers or precious things He leads us to. I love how He does that. His instruction manual. And guess who hates to hear us reading the Words of God out loud?! Best way to resist the devil and his minions, and make them flee, while being blessed ourselves. Thy Word is a light unto my path, and a lamp unto my feet. Psalm 18:28 says: Thou wilt light my candle. This is why I chose a candle as my icon. the Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Without Him, there is no light at all.
You have a beautiful voice, Hugo…and I am so glad that you use that God given gift to praise the Lord. Now if only everyone would use the voice that God gave them to praise Him!!! Singing to the Lord is my favorite thing to do, and He inhabits our praises.
lol, Hugo, i had to laugh when you mentioned Frey Bentos pies ( i think thats the spelling), Frey Bentos blimmin pies, as i remember , taking the top off with a tin opener and then cooking it in the actual tin, all those nasty chemicals coming from the tin , the paint on the tin, and who knows what blimmin rubbish inside the pie that you actually eat, i bet that meat hadnt been walking in a field for decades, and then when you keep opening the oven door to see how high the top of the crusty pie has got, blimey, they were the days they really were. Anyway, i stopped the video as soon as i heard about the pies, i havent thought abut them for Yonks, so back to the video i go, without a Frey Bentos pie
