  1. I think you’re in the depths of paranoia, desperately trying to read your agenda into basic rhyming songwriting.

  2. This was interesting, Hugo, as was the video about Queen’s song. There are lots of movies and TV shows that contain predictive programming so it’s no surprise that songs do the same, and thank you for these informative videos. I think i read that Barry Manilow’s “I write the songs” was written by Satan, who knows? Regarding the number 10,000 mentioned in the song dissected today, Psalm 91:7 says “1,000 shall fall at thy side, and 10,000 at the right hand, but it shall not come nigh thee.” Not sure if this fits here but those who dwell in God’s secret place are protected. Blessings to you.

  3. I am not that familiar with this song. Sort of odd that I was thinking about my first boss at my first full time job @ age 21 that paved the way for my long career in banking. Yesterday I wanted to reach out to him but learned he passed away in 2023 and his wife in September 2024. Vaccines??? If the song “Bridge over troubled water” came on the radio in the office he had to leave for the day. I remember this happening on 3 different occasions. While the “Sound of Silence” can seem like it has dark meanings, in essence, the song is a poignant commentary on the state of modern society and the struggles to find authentic communication in an increasingly impersonal world. “Bridge over troubled water” has actually been viewed as a Christian song.

  4. “People hearing without listening”. Ironic in that not only do people hear us but not listen to us, but also that we heard these lyrics years ago and didn’t listen to them either.

  6. I was also a musician in that time of Simon and Garfunkel…and in that time, there was a war against the establishment…as like today, the war on information, for truth…But…Back in that day, you were alone. There was no internet, social media, no pagers, no answering machines, no copy machines, no electric type writers etc…..just A.M. radio, tv with 3-4 fuzzy stations, newspapers, nickel adds…To speak up publicly in those days you paid a price with arrest, being sent to nut farms, etc…If you complained by phone…you had to pay 10 cents a minute, to be put on hold, transferred to 10 different places (The run around) at your expense…Everyone knew of the rotten establishment but kept silent…The only information that could get away with fiving information (truth), were Comedians through sarcasm, and musicians through the word of their music…But…any time a person, band, a group had access to masses of people, by popularity…They were considered a threat…Many groups were broken up, plane crashes, overdoses, etc…But the messages they made, were understood by the people, but in silence…ALL bands, groups, comedians, etc…have been bought out, and directed to satanic crap for contracts…Voice to skull technology has been around for the last 50 years…( but a lot longer than my lifetime of awake knowledge )…These songs do dwell in the wells of silence, and like disturbed enhanced it in the most powerful way, is inspiring…The official video is the most perfect interpretation of that song of that time…

Many of The streets in lower Manhattan are cobblestone. Especially back then

  9. Sounds of Silence could never have been written by youths never having experienced life or literature including the Bible and any other influence like Islam and Hinduism and so on. They were puppets. They NEVER wrote or had any way in producing any of their content. They were used and tossed aside in order to corrupt the younger generation of their day and they probably didn’t know it. Yes they could sing. On command.
