Never liked the idea of sacrifices and scapegoats, but It would take too many words to explain how I feel about it, too many for a comment… but I’d say this to anyone:
Go back to the first mention of sacrifice in the bible and try to work out what’s going on there…
also,
“But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
Mathew 9:13
