It’s really rough being a child of the JW’s because at the time I was going all holidays once celebrated stop. You are really not supposed to associate with non-believers as they are considered of the world or worldly. My mother was devout and for class parties for holidays like Christmas, Valentines Day, Halloween I would have to give a excuse slip to the teacher because I could not attend. Then there was always at least 1 field trip during the year that required a permission slip where my mother would write no blood transfusions in red ink if I were to become injured as it was viewed as consuming blood. No celebrations for birthdays and holidays with family members created an isolation from family as a child. Christmas was especially hard as cousins would talk about gifts received while I got nothing. toBack then class started with saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag which I could not say but would stand in respect. Their claim is they are the only true religion and others would die during Armageddon. Survival or resurrection was not guaranteed and the impression was you were left in doubt and it was good works and conversions that would enable you to experience the “New World”. Back in WWII JW’s were taken to the Concentration camps unless the people renounced their faith. They were treated slightly more favorable than others due to their dedication. Charles Russell the one who created the religion was a 33rd Degree Freemason so imagine the millions upon millions that were misguided and would be going to hell. Anyways if this story is real and the man was publicly shamed within the Congregation by being disfellowshipped I could see some people going literally nuts. My mother slowly stopped attending as her children lost interest in their teens. It was discovered that my sister was being molested and their guidelines say two witnesses are required. That’s really hard to do so my mother was made to believe my sister was a liar and it was swept under the carpet after their review by an all men panel. That is when my mother stopped attending completely. They sent her cousin who was a JW as well as another to the home to tell her she was disfellowshipped on the grounds of being seen smoking. She had not attended in over 1 year and said she disfellowshipped herself. They try to smear you in a bad manner for being such a loving organization. While this story is tragic I could see it happening. I knew a successful Chiropractor who was a member that was disfellowshipped on grounds of fornication that commit suicide. I have nothing but bad memories of being associated with this cult.

I don’t think people are saying that it’s ok to kill them because they’re not Christians. Just making the point that although they use a lot of Christian and biblical language, they do not believe in the devine nature of Jesus. They do not believe that Jesus is God. You can mention His name in every sentence that you speak, follow His teachings, name yourself after Him, that doesn’t make any difference. You have to believe that Jesus is God, and as God He died in our place. He took our sins upon Himself and if you trust in Him, He in exchange, gives us His Righteousness. If Jesus was not God, He couldn’t make you righteous, He would just be a lovely man, who sadly died for nothing, as He wouldn’t be righteous, because only God is truly righteous and therefore can save us, be our Saviour. People DO right things at times, but in of themselves, they are not righteous. But Jesus being God, can make us righteous, by giving us HIS righteousness, because He is righteous, as we put our faith in Him.

This is very sad and very wrong but it should be pointed out that JW’s have a different belief to Christians. They have their own “bible” which is not the same as a Christian Bible. They teach that Jesus is not God incarnate but just a created being, they deny the bodily resurrection of Christ and the Watchtower Society denies the existence of hell. It is a cult. Not a reason to be attacked at all but not to be confused with Christianity. It is important not to muddy the waters as we want people to be saved through repentance and faith in Jesus not misguided into a cult.

Hugo, being forced to attend the JW’s Congregation in my area as a child I can attest they are a cult. A child will miss all holidays other celebrate including birthdays. You are really only to associate with fellow JW’s as others are considered “Worldly”. Going on field trips in school required permission slips and my mother would sign them and in red ink would say NO BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS. If you broke rules you were publicly within the church disfellowshipped meaning other attendees were not to talk with you. People if you are just got saved or a baby Christian in your Christian faith and you want to go a Bible Believing Church. Please ask God in prayer to lead you to the right denomination that will offer you proper Biblical teaching of the word of God without any error from the Old to the New Testament of the Gospel and also that teaches mature Christians about healing and deliverance and the importance of it when it comes to spiritual warfare. If God chooses a traditional denomination that is a Baptist or Pentecostal Church or Ministry because they are both very similar because they represent the Ministry of John The Baptist and his cousin the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You know that the Holy Spirit will confirm this in your spirit that this is where God wants you to fellowship with other Christian Believers and to learn is word properly from scratch. All the denominations which you will find that are pagan and cult religions and they are very similar in faith and worship because they have the same sort of similar background such as the Catholic, Anglican, Orthodox, Protestant, Jehovah Witness, The Seven Day Adventist and The Mormon Church will not be the denominations that God will approve off, when it comes to his Gospel because you will find everyone of these denominations will have confliction to his Gospel, based on adding and taking away his word to fit in to please man and the world and not God and his salvation.
JW’s aren’t the same as a traditional Christian church, people don’t normally just leave on good terms, they’re shunned which means no-one including family members are allowed to talk to them ever again, fear of this happening is sadly a way of obtaining control and obedience. It’s really rough being a child of the JW’s because at the time I was going all holidays once celebrated stop. You are really not supposed to associate with non-believers as they are considered of the world or worldly. My mother was devout and for class parties for holidays like Christmas, Valentines Day, Halloween I would have to give a excuse slip to the teacher because I could not attend. Then there was always at least 1 field trip during the year that required a permission slip where my mother would write no blood transfusions in red ink if I were to become injured as it was viewed as consuming blood. No celebrations for birthdays and holidays with family members created an isolation from family as a child. Christmas was especially hard as cousins would talk about gifts received while I got nothing. toBack then class started with saying the pledge of allegiance to the flag which I could not say but would stand in respect. Survival or resurrection was not guaranteed and the impression was you were left in doubt and it was good works and conversions that would enable you to experience the “New World”. Joseph Smith has strong connections with Mormons, not Jehovah’s Witnesses. You may be thinking of their founder: Charles Taze Russell. They claim to be a Christian religion. However, they do not believe that Jesus is God, but rather that he is Gods only begotten son.
While I cannot speak to the beliefs of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Joseph Smith was a Mormon prophet. The name “Mormon” is more of a slang term whereas the official name of that church is “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints”. IMO, you can’t be any more clear that they follow the doctrine and teachings of Jesus Christ can you?

I don’t think people are saying that it’s ok to kill them because they’re not Christians. Just making the point that although they use a lot of Christian and biblical language, they do not believe in the devine nature of Jesus. They do not believe that Jesus is God. You can mention His name in every sentence that you speak, follow His teachings, name yourself after Him, that doesn’t make any difference. You have to believe that Jesus is God, and as God He died in our place. He took our sins upon Himself and if you trust in Him, He in exchange, gives us His Righteousness. If Jesus was not God, He couldn’t make you righteous, He would just be a lovely man, who sadly died for nothing, as He wouldn’t be righteous, because only God is truly righteous and therefore can save us, be our Saviour. People DO right things at times, but in of themselves, they are not righteous. But Jesus being God, can make us righteous, by giving us HIS righteousness, because He is righteous, as we put our faith in Him.

This is very sad and very wrong but it should be pointed out that JW’s have a different belief to Christians. They have their own “bible” which is not the same as a Christian Bible. They teach that Jesus is not God incarnate but just a created being, they deny the bodily resurrection of Christ and the Watchtower Society denies the existence of hell. It is a cult. Not a reason to be attacked at all but not to be confused with Christianity. Hugo, being forced to attend the JW’s Congregation in my area as a child I can attest they are a cult. A child will miss all holidays other celebrate including birthdays. You are really only to associate with fellow JW’s as others are considered “Worldly”. Going on field trips in school required permission slips and my mother would sign them and in red ink would say NO BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS. If you broke rules you were publicly within the church disfellowshipped meaning other attendees were not to talk with you. They do a great job of hiding sexual abuse that should be reported to the police. Divorces are not permitted. I think the guy may have went nuts. When a person leaves there they almost need to go through a deprogramming. The murders were not warranted and like you pointed out some things do seem fishy. I have always said when someone falls from the so called “Truth”, they fall hard.

1. Why didn’t the alleged shooter just go in the front door? Since he was known to them allegedly they should have let him in. And even if he encountered resistance, he could’ve just pulled out the gun and said “let me in”.
And he surely would want to lock the door behind himself to prevent others coming in as well as the police.
Why climb up what like like 1-2 stories?
2. That was looks like it should be quite smooth. How on earth did he actually climb it? Have you tried climbing 2 stories on a normal building? That’s nothing to hold on to. Plus if you fall you’ll definitely be breaking a leg or even neck. Why on earth would you risk that? It makes no sense.
3. Why did the police escort the rest of the parishioners out with their hands up? I thought they were supposedly the innocent people getting murdered? Surely you wouldn’t be arresting them?

People if you are just got saved or a baby Christian in your Christian faith and you want to go a Bible Believing Church. Please ask God in prayer to lead you to the right denomination that will offer you proper Biblical teaching of the word of God without any error from the Old to the New Testament of the Gospel and also that teaches mature Christians about healing and deliverance and the importance of it when it comes to spiritual warfare. If God chooses a traditional denomination that is a Baptist or Pentecostal Church or Ministry because they are both very similar because they represent the Ministry of John The Baptist and his cousin the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. You know that the Holy Spirit will confirm this in your spirit that this is where God wants you to fellowship with other Christian Believers and to learn is word properly from scratch. All the denominations which you will find that are pagan and cult religions and they are very similar in faith and worship because they have the same sort of similar background such as the Catholic, Anglican, Orthodox, Protestant, Jehovah Witness, The Seven Day Adventist and The Mormon Church will not be the denominations that God will approve off, when it comes to his Gospel because you will find everyone of these denominations will have confliction to his Gospel, based on adding and taking away his word to fit in to please man and the world and not God and his salvation.
JW’s aren’t the same as a traditional Christian church, people don’t normally just leave on good terms, they’re shunned which means no-one including family members are allowed to talk to them ever again, fear of this happening is sadly a way of obtaining control and obedience. Being shunned can obviously be extremely distressing to say the very least which makes something like this more plausible, imagine everyone you’ve ever got close to including family refusing to talk to you and physically turning their backs towards you if you try to come close. However on the other side you are totally right to question the footage which doesn’t add up either.
