The Babylonian story of Ishtar, the Goddess of Love, who descended into the Underworld to find and release her lover, Tammuz, is one of the earliest fragments of the Ancient Mystery Teachings. At each gate she has to give up one of her ‘jewels’ or a part of her ‘dress’. After she has passed through the seventh gate she is completely naked and is then rejoined by her lover, after which both are liberated. Our regular readers will recognise the occult symbols in this story, such as the ‘lover’, ‘gates’, ‘jewels’, etc., each of which has many layers of meaning.
The story which has come down to us from Sumeria has been dated to around 4000 B.C., but undoubtedly goes back much further, to Atlantis or even before. Ishtar was a Babylonian copy of the Sumerian Goddess Inanna who was frequently depicted standing on the backs of two lionesses—another important symbol. In the 2013 “I Pet Goat, II” video, there is a character called Ludovic who is shown lying on the ground looking very ill. Next to him are a couple of hypodermic needles and a scattering of pills. Some people think this might have been a prediction of the Covid pandemic, with the needles representing jabs and the pills representing the pills that came out later. The “dovic” part of his name is an anagram of covid.
Ludovic has a head shaped like an egg which is broken open with a cord coming out that attaches to a giant television screen where an evil-looking genie-like figure is making all sorts of menacing gestures. Meanwhile, letters spelling “markets collapse” and “war coverage” move like headlines across his eyes. Some people think his name may be a reference to the “Ludovico Technique”, a brainwashing method depicted in the movie “A Clockwork Orange” where a subject is strapped into a chair, injected with a drug named “Serum 114” and forced to watch films of violence while being subjected to electric shocks. So Ludovic seems to represent a populace being subjected to covid and mass media mind control.
Later in the video, Ludovic stands up and the evil-genie figure flees in terror. This could mean that “the powers that shouldn’t be” eventually plan to expose the media deception. Then Ludovic starts walking, apparently following an anti-Christ figure in a boat.
The video isn’t prophecy of course, but it may be a symbolic depiction of what the globalists are planning. There are coronas and crowns throughout the video. The genie-like figure even has crowns on his teeth.

The Babylonian story of Ishtar, the Goddess of Love, who descended into the Underworld to find and release her lover, Tammuz, is one of the earliest fragments of the Ancient Mystery Teachings. The legend tells us that in order to find and release her ‘lover’ Tammuz, who is imprisoned in the underworld, Ishtar passes through ‘seven gates’ to rescue him. At each gate she has to give up one of her ‘jewels’ or a part of her ‘dress’. After she has passed through the seventh gate she is completely naked and is then rejoined by her lover, after which both are liberated. Our regular readers will recognise the occult symbols in this story, such as the ‘lover’, ‘gates’, ‘jewels’, etc., each of which has many layers of meaning.
The story which has come down to us from Sumeria has been dated to around 4000 B.C., but undoubtedly goes back much further, to Atlantis or even before. Ishtar was a Babylonian copy of the Sumerian Goddess Inanna who was frequently depicted standing on the backs of two lionesses—another important symbol. The “dovic” part of his name is an anagram of covid.

Meanwhile, letters spelling “markets collapse” and “war coverage” move like headlines across his eyes. Some people think his name may be a reference to the “Ludovico Technique”, a brainwashing method depicted in the movie “A Clockwork Orange” where a subject is strapped into a chair, injected with a drug named “Serum 114” and forced to watch films of violence while being subjected to electric shocks. So Ludovic seems to represent a populace being subjected to covid and mass media mind control.
Later in the video, Ludovic stands up and the evil-genie figure flees in terror. This could mean that “the powers that shouldn’t be” eventually plan to expose the media deception. Then Ludovic starts walking, apparently following an anti-Christ figure in a boat.
