I think Hugo is on to something here although that quote from Rev. 16 has always been thought of by most Bible scholars as being something that happens toward the end of the time line; part of God’s actual wrath. Well, it’s either that the people doing this are following the prophecies within the Bible to the letter for some reason and have done so for thousands of years, or the Bible is true.
Check out the historicist interpretation of Bible prophecy and the history of the Reformation, as well as the events that took place as a result of it, like the foundation of the Jesuit order and counter-reformation. That does not necessarily mean it is instant. Eventually you will not be able to work or buy or sell without the jab. The system is being set up, in the body and out.

A Christian is someone who Knows, Loves and follows Christ! Many think (self righteously) that they are ‘good’ therefore that makes them a Christian, but not one of us is good, we are All sinners, all have fallen short of the glory of God, hence All of us need a savior-JESUS!
Now, apocalypse means, to reveal, hence the book of Revelation (singular).
Those of us who have spent many years studying the Bible, specifically prophecy (which accounts for about a 1/3 of the Bible) know we are, indeed, in the end minutes of time. The prophets in the Old Testament describe a lot of what we’re seeing in current events, things are definitely lining up with prophecy geopolitically, and with the increase in pestilences, earthquakes and volcanoes, and the rise of a one world government, and a one world religion.

I would really encourage you, and everyone, to search the scriptures in the Bible, see for yourselves what the prophets predicted. The book of Daniel esp chapters 7-12, Ezekiel 36-39. Hi Hugo, this is not the MOTB, simply because although there has been some disruption in “buying and selling” across the world, the Bible states that those who do not have the mark or do not worship the beast would not be able to buy/sell, the MOTB is more likely to be later down the line when they put something in our hands or possibly brains (Elon Musk technology) so it could be a chip, quantum dots or similar.
