I would imagine that this is just another level of mass formation hypnosis/ psychosis to which I don’t subscribe. White noise and flashing lights help people achieve REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. This is the stage of sleep where dreaming, memory consoldation, brain development and preperation for waking up takes place(we spend more time in REM sleep as the night goes on).
Years ago I purchased (and still have) a battery powered device which played white noise through headphones and used blacked out glasses with flashing lights. It worked really well at helping me sleep. I don’t remember it being trippy, just a little weird. The version shown at the link below is a more modern version of the one I have.
Also, if you go onto Ebay, there are plenty of white noise machines and lucid dreaming masks available.

Im just puzzled. I started studying Reiki last year when i came across stuff when i first woke up. Reiki dies something similar as does hypnosis and mindfulness. About 10 years ago I bought a Procyon Audio Visual Synthesiser from Mindspace Co. Basically it’s like a Walkman with headphones through which you listen to isochronic tones and binaural beats, and there’s a pair of glasses which flash different patterns of primary colours. You wear them with your eyes shut and as a result you see all sorts of weird and wonderful mandala patterns. There are 30 programmes to choose from of different durations and for different intended purposes ranging from quick “ mind clearing refreshment” ( to make you more focused and productive) to your long deep meditation states. I bought it for my insomnia and have to say I still use it as I enjoy it ( no cure for insomnia unfortunately, sigh). It’s a bit freaky and scary until you get used to it and I’m sure there was no malicious intent when it was designed ( I dunno if you can still buy it).

My friends little one has just been very ill with hepatitis, said to have developed because of adenovirus and non of them are jabbed. I would imagine that this is just another level of mass formation hypnosis/ psychosis to which I don’t subscribe. I am a huge sci-fi fan. I know I have mentioned this show a few times before. But this sounds like something straight out of `Blake`s 7` from the late 1970`s. Roj Blake a resistance leader is subjected to brainwashing via a similar technique. He is indoctrinated with new ideas and beliefs which are implanted and his old self and memory is suppressed. He now becomes a model citizen. Later in the series there is an episode where he hears an oscillating tone , a trigger. This is a radio signal being broadcast via a remote device and he is compelled to obey. We learn that this same tone was used as part of his original brainwashing.

Im just puzzled. I started studying Reiki last year when i came across stuff when i first woke up. Reiki dies something similar as does hypnosis and mindfulness. A lot of these things are based on ancient Hindu or Buda traditions. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Or is it a way to tap into earths energy that some people use for good and others for evil?
About 10 years ago I bought a Procyon Audio Visual Synthesiser from Mindspace Co. Basically it’s like a Walkman with headphones through which you listen to isochronic tones and binaural beats, and there’s a pair of glasses which flash different patterns of primary colours. You wear them with your eyes shut and as a result you see all sorts of weird and wonderful mandala patterns. There are 30 programmes to choose from of different durations and for different intended purposes ranging from quick “ mind clearing refreshment” ( to make you more focused and productive) to your long deep meditation states. I bought it for my insomnia and have to say I still use it as I enjoy it ( no cure for insomnia unfortunately, sigh). It’s a bit freaky and scary until you get used to it and I’m sure there was no malicious intent when it was designed ( I dunno if you can still buy it).
