He is right in that the tribunals are basically freemasons , like magistrates, they have loyalties elsewhere than fairness in law. The costs of going to a tribunal were put right out of the reach financially from the common person needing redress.

I think your missus is right. I have tried to explain on the forum that parliament changed the Health and Social Care regulated activities Act 2008 to make it a condition of safe care that staff are double vaccinated. Care providers can be prosecuted or sanctioned by the Care Quality Commission if they fail to comply. Our only hope is that the brainwashed public are more worried at the thought of loosing the NHS and care organisations than the dangers of being cared for by healthy unvaccinated staff and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

They do not need these doctors and nurses under their current contracts and now they have fulfilled the first part of the plan and went to satan they are disposable. I will give you an example the hospital held my mother under arrest saying she was unable to think for herself so they had power over her best wishes. They kept her for 17 weeks, medicated, starved and then murdered her. We tried to get access to her with a legal team to prove she wanted to come home. They denied access. We tried to gain access personally and the ‘security’ team threatened us with violence. We phoned the ‘police who told us this was trespass and if they assaulted us that was fine but if we touched them that was assault.
They care not how they achieve what they want, lie, coerce, force, bribe as long as they have enforcement behind them they can get away with whatever they want. It is all very well to know you are right but that will make not a jot of difference because they will make their lives miserable until they leave or comply and would prefer they all leave because they need employees on a new contract.
This lady is Canadian but they have virtually the same laws as the UK so her advice applies here too.
I will tell you how they will achieve it. They will tell you, you need to get jib jabbed for the safety of the patients, you refuse, they put you on paid, if you are lucky or unpaid leave. You will sit at home, feeling guilty (if on paid leave) or so stressed you can’t sleep if on unpaid leave. A manager or legal representative will phone you every week/day to ‘negotiate’ a ‘solution’ the solution, their solution so difficult it will be impossible (moving to a different city/post etc etc), but they of course will claim they are doing their best. Then they will claim YOU are being difficult and refusing to compromise and sack you.

I spoke truth to power in my care home to no avail. After going through the proper employment process I insisted they state the reason for my dismissal was the Health and Social Care Act and government legislation. It’s all very well for people to say refuse to leave and go to employment tribunals but it’s weighted against health workers. I suspect as many care homes are run for PROFIT whatever the altruistic feelings of individuals they didn’t fight on our behalf as they might loose their businesses. Middle management will have sold their soul and health to company policy. I’ve lost count of the times I reminded people I answer to someone higher than a manager. Gods busy, sorry you’ve got me instead!

I have tried to explain on the forum that parliament changed the Health and Social Care regulated activities Act 2008 to make it a condition of safe care that staff are double vaccinated. Care providers can be prosecuted or sanctioned by the Care Quality Commission if they fail to comply. Our only hope is that the brainwashed public are more worried at the thought of loosing the NHS and care organisations than the dangers of being cared for by healthy unvaccinated staff and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

This is is a strategic withdrawal, they need to remove everything to get to their supposed new era. I have seen this play out in another government department, what they require is a new set on employees on new contracts. They do not need these doctors and nurses under their current contracts and now they have fulfilled the first part of the plan and went to satan they are disposable. I will give you an example the hospital held my mother under arrest saying she was unable to think for herself so they had power over her best wishes. They kept her for 17 weeks, medicated, starved and then murdered her. We tried to get access to her with a legal team to prove she wanted to come home. They denied access. We tried to gain access personally and the ‘security’ team threatened us with violence. We phoned the ‘police who told us this was trespass and if they assaulted us that was fine but if we touched them that was assault.
They care not how they achieve what they want, lie, coerce, force, bribe as long as they have enforcement behind them they can get away with whatever they want. It is all very well to know you are right but that will make not a jot of difference because they will make their lives miserable until they leave or comply and would prefer they all leave because they need employees on a new contract.

I spoke truth to power in my care home to no avail. After going through the proper employment process I insisted they state the reason for my dismissal was the Health and Social Care Act and government legislation. It’s all very well for people to say refuse to leave and go to employment tribunals but it’s weighted against health workers. I suspect as many care homes are run for PROFIT whatever the altruistic feelings of individuals they didn’t fight on our behalf as they might loose their businesses. Middle management will have sold their soul and health to company policy. I’ve lost count of the times I reminded people I answer to someone higher than a manager. Gods busy, sorry you’ve got me instead!

And to think that this total, over the top reaction is because of a flu that’s dangerous for people over 82 and either obese or diabetic. A reminder that 99.7% of anyone who catches this flu, and that’s not everyone! will fully recover . It’s never been about a killer virus, never!
